Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items.

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached (if applicable).

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, personalized, or sale items—these are final sale.

How It Works

• To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@thechestnutmare.shop with your order number and the reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Need a different size? We’re happy to offer an exchange if the item is in stock. If not, a refund will be issued.
